This is the factory wall mount kit for the Sonos Playbar, the company's original soundbar. It replaces guesswork with a single steel bracket that positions the mounting pegs exactly where the Playbar's rear keyholes sit, so the bar drops on square, sits tight to the wall and does not rattle against the drywall when the low end works.
Mounted above or below the display, the Playbar reads as part of the television rather than a separate box on a shelf, and the cabinet below stays clear. The kit ships with the screws, anchors, a bubble level and a paper template needed for a standard drywall installation, which keeps the job to a single pass of measuring and drilling.
Note that this is an accessory for the discontinued Playbar. It is not compatible with the Sonos Arc, Arc Ultra, Beam or Ray soundbars, each of which uses its own dedicated mount. Buyers keeping an existing Playbar system in service should confirm the soundbar model before ordering.
