The remote services are billed hourly or you can ask for a yearly contract for support on your systems. No waiting for a tech to drive out to your site and check in. Very friendly help and a chat or call away. If you have purchased a PYNG HUB and cannot get it to sync up or work we can get your system working over the phone via remote. New Crestron Systems that need programming for any reason we can restore, repair, update the firmware, and program from our office directly to your site.
