The Ring Smart Lighting Solar Pathlight is a stake-mounted walkway light that recharges itself. An integrated solar panel tops up a rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion cell during the day, so once it is placed there is nothing to wire and, in a reasonably sunny position, nothing to replace. A Micro USB port is there as a backup for stretches of bad weather or shaded installs.
Output runs up to 80 adjustable lumens at a 3500K white color temperature - warm enough to look residential, bright enough to define a path edge. Motion detection reaches about 15 feet with up to a 120° field of view, and the light can also be set to a low dusk-to-dawn glow so the walkway is never fully dark, then jump to full output when someone approaches. Paired to a Ring Bridge or compatible hub, it groups with other Ring smart lights and can be triggered by Ring cameras and doorbells or controlled by Alexa. The black housing is IP66 weather resistant and rated for -4°F to 122°F.
