This Ring Smart Lighting kit pairs two battery-powered Pathlights with the Ring Bridge, the hub that connects Ring's Smart Lighting range to the Ring app. It is the standard starting point for a walkway, front path or driveway edge, and the Bridge included here will carry the rest of a growing system - more pathlights, steplights, spotlights, floodlights, smart bulbs, motion sensors and the Outdoor Smart Plug.
Each Pathlight stakes into soil in minutes, runs on four D-cell batteries and needs no wiring or transformer. A built-in motion sensor reaches roughly 15 feet with up to a 140° field of view, and brightness, sensitivity and auto-shutoff are adjusted in the app. Because both lights are grouped through the Bridge, one motion event can illuminate the entire path, and motion at a linked Ring camera or doorbell does the same. Both fixtures are IP66 weather resistant and rated from -4°F to 122°F.
