The Ring Wedge Kit is a mounting accessory sold on its own; no doorbell is included. It angles a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation, 2020 release) or Ring Battery Doorbell downward so the camera and the motion sensor cover the doorstep and the path leading to it. Use it wherever the mounting surface sits high relative to the landing — tall stoops, doors above a step run, or installs where recorded clips keep clipping visitors' heads out of frame.
The wedge pieces are stackable, letting an installer set a mild or aggressive tilt at the job instead of ordering multiple parts. A centre cutout keeps the doorbell's wire pass-through and mounting holes clear, and the black finish matches Ring's battery doorbell housing. Everything mounts behind the standard backplate, so the finished install still looks factory.
