Is this the original Arc or Arc Ultra?
This is the original (Gen 1) Sonos Arc. Sonos now shows it as a last-chance, out-of-stock item and offers Arc Ultra as the current flagship soundbar.
How does it connect to my TV?
Use the included HDMI cable to connect to the TV's HDMI eARC or ARC port. For TVs that only have an optical output, attach the included Optical Audio Adapter.
Does it support Alexa and AirPlay 2?
Yes. Arc has built-in microphones for voice control with Sonos Voice Control and Amazon Alexa (availability varies by country) and supports AirPlay 2 on iOS 11.4 or later.
Can it be wall mounted?
Yes. The Sonos Arc Wall Mount, sold separately, holds it above or below the TV. Sonos recommends at least 4 inches between Arc and the TV and 1 foot from each end to a side wall.
