Two wall mounts in one box, intended for an Era 300 stereo pair or a matched set of Era 300 surrounds. Speakers are not included. Sonos designed the bracket around the Era 300 cabinet, so it holds the speaker close to the wall and keeps the installation visually clean instead of leaving a generic bracket exposed. Each mount uses a ball-and-socket joint with 15 degrees of travel up, down, left and right, which is enough to steer the side-firing and up-firing drivers toward the seating area once the plate is fixed to the wall. A 2.5 in standoff leaves working room behind the speaker for a Sonos Line-In Adapter or Combo Adapter, and the power and USB-C ports plus the capacitive controls stay within reach. Mounting into studs is required; this hardware is not rated for drywall anchors alone. The black finish is matched to the black Era 300.
