A single wall mount built by Sonos for the Era 300; the speaker itself is sold separately. Because the bracket is matched to the Era 300 chassis rather than adapted from a universal design, it holds the cabinet tight to the wall and disappears behind the speaker once installed. A ball-and-socket joint provides 15 degrees of tilt and 15 degrees of swivel, which lets you angle the side-firing and up-firing drivers toward the listening seat after the wall plate is set. Sonos specifies 2.5 in of clearance between the speaker and the wall, enough room to seat a Line-In Adapter or Combo Adapter without bending the connector, and the power inlet, USB-C port and capacitive controls all stay accessible. Moving an Era 300 off furniture and onto the wall also reduces the reflections and sympathetic vibration that can smear spatial audio imaging. The mount must be fastened into a stud.
