The QSC ADC-MRS is an installation accessory, not a loudspeaker. It is a flanged, shallow-depth mud-ring (rough-in) bracket for pre-installing QSC AcousticDesign ceiling products -- compatible with models such as the AD-CI52ST, AD-C821, and AD-C81Tw -- into drywall or plaster ceilings. Fitted during construction, it lets the drywall be finished flush around the opening so the ceiling speaker or subwoofer can be added later with a clean cutout. It is typically sold as a six-pack.
