The Lutron MA-PRO-SW Maestro PRO LED+ dimmer is a contractor-friendly tap dimmer designed to handle almost any dimmable load from a single SKU. Its standout feature is selectable phase control: installers can run it in forward phase, reverse phase or an automatic mode that picks the best setting for the connected LEDs, which helps eliminate flicker, buzz and dropout with today's mixed LED lamps and fixtures. It controls up to 250W of dimmable LED or CFL, 500W of incandescent, halogen or electronic low-voltage, or 400VA of magnetic low-voltage, and can also drive Lutron Hi-lume 2-wire LED drivers. A neutral is optional for LED, CFL and incandescent loads, so it works in older homes, while ELV/MLV and driver loads use a neutral. Through Advanced Programming Mode installers can set high-end and low-end trim, fade-on and fade-off rates, a protected preset and indicator light behavior.
