The GLS-ODT-C-NS is a ceiling-mounted dual-technology occupancy sensor from the Crestron GreenLight line, pairing passive infrared and ultrasonic detection for dependable presence sensing. As a network stand-alone (NS) model, it operates independently with a local relay output, switching connected lighting directly without requiring a central control processor.
This self-contained design makes it well suited to single rooms, closets, restrooms, and other spaces where straightforward automatic lighting is the goal. The combined sensing technologies confirm occupancy from complementary signals, helping avoid nuisance switching, while the built-in relay drives the load automatically, turning lights on upon entry and off after the area is empty to conserve energy.
