3-Series Control Processor Card
The DMC-CPU3 is the control processor card that supplies the embedded 3-Series control engine for Crestron DM-MD modular matrix switchers. Installed in the chassis, it manages routing, signal handling, and configuration for the DM-MD8X8, DM-MD16X16, and DM-MD32X32 frames, serving as the intelligence behind the matrix.
The card provides Ethernet connectivity for network-based management, IP control, and programming of the switcher, allowing the matrix to be integrated into a larger Crestron control system or operated as a managed device on the LAN. It is a required component for enabling programmable operation and remote administration of the DM-MD chassis.
