Crestron CNXRMC
Cresnet Expansion Module
The Crestron CNXRMC is a Cresnet remote module controller from Crestron's earlier generation of distributed control hardware. It attaches to a control system over the Cresnet bus to extend command and control capability to a remote location, serving installations that predate the later C2N and CEN-IO families of expansion devices.
Powered and networked through standard Cresnet wiring, the module communicates with a central processor so that remote functions are coordinated as part of the overall control program. It remains relevant for servicing and maintaining established legacy Crestron systems where matching original expansion hardware is preferred for continuity.
