Remote Temperature Sensor
The Crestron CHV-RTS is a wired remote temperature sensor intended for use with Crestron CHV-series thermostats. It lets the thermostat read temperature at a location away from the control unit, so climate can be regulated based on conditions in the space that actually matters rather than at the wall where the thermostat is mounted.
The sensor connects to a compatible CHV thermostat through a simple low-voltage two-wire run, making it straightforward to install during rough-in or retrofit. It is ideal for rooms where the thermostat sits in a hallway or closet, or where remote placement improves comfort and control accuracy within a Crestron-managed HVAC system.
