The QSC Core 510i is a rack-mount integrated Core processor for the Q-SYS platform, and the CTO (Configure-To-Order) designation means the chassis is ordered as a base unit to be populated with the audio I/O cards a project requires. It is designed for medium-to-large AV&C systems—corporate, higher-ed, venue and multi-zone installs—that need substantial on-board processing plus flexible local connectivity.
Key Features
- Integrated Q-SYS Core with high native channel capacity (256 x 256 over Q-LAN/AES67)
- Up to 128 x 128 Dante channels (8 x 8 included)
- Eight audio I/O card slots for mixed, configurable local I/O
- 64 AEC processors for conferencing at 200 ms tail length
- 1RU, 19-inch rack-mount chassis
- Card-based "configure-to-order" flexibility
As the brain of a Q-SYS design, the Core 510i runs the DSP, routing and control while I/O cards provide local mic/line, output, DataPort and AES connections. Everything is designed and managed in Q-SYS Designer, letting integrators tailor one processor to many different room requirements.
