Biamp Vocia VOIP-1-2
VoIP Telephone Paging Interface (2 Lines)
The Vocia VOIP-1-2 is a telephone paging interface that connects VoIP/SIP phone lines to a networked Vocia public-address and voice-evacuation system. It lets users originate live pages or trigger stored messages from an IP telephone, bringing paging control to any handset on the phone system.
Configured for two VoIP lines, the VOIP-1-2 integrates modern IP telephony with distributed audio, so callers can dial in, select the zones or message sequences defined by the system designer, and speak live or play recorded content. As a native Vocia device on the audio network, it is administered through Vocia software alongside the rest of the system. This makes it an efficient paging origination point for offices, campuses, and facilities standardized on SIP-based communications.
