Biamp Vocia POTS-1-4
Analog Telephone Paging Interface (4 Lines)
The Vocia POTS-1-4 is a telephone paging adapter that connects standard analog phone lines to a networked Vocia public-address and voice-evacuation system. It lets users place announcements or trigger stored messages from an ordinary telephone, bringing paging capability to any location served by the phone system.
With capacity for four analog lines, the POTS-1-4 supports busier sites or multiple simultaneous paging origins while keeping infrastructure costs low. Callers dial in, choose the zones or message sequences defined by the system programmer, and either speak live or play back recorded content. As a native Vocia device on the CobraNet audio network, it is set up and managed entirely within Vocia software, making it a practical fit for larger campuses, transport hubs, industrial plants, and other facilities that page over existing telephony.
