Biamp Vocia POTS-1-2
Analog Telephone Paging Interface (2 Lines)
The Vocia POTS-1-2 is a telephone paging adapter that lets analog phone lines initiate announcements through a networked Vocia public-address and voice-evacuation system. It bridges standard POTS connections to the Vocia network, allowing staff to page zones or trigger stored messages using a familiar telephone handset.
Configured for two analog lines, the POTS-1-2 gives facilities a simple, low-cost paging path without dedicated microphone stations at every location. Callers dial in, select the target zones or pages defined in the system design, and speak live or launch pre-recorded content. The unit integrates natively as a Vocia device over the CobraNet audio network and is administered through Vocia software, making it well suited to warehouses, campuses, retail, and other distributed sites that rely on existing phone infrastructure for messaging.
