The Tesira TCM-1EX is an expansion array that extends the coverage of a TCM-1 or TCM-1A Beamtracking system in larger rooms. Rather than acting as a standalone device, it daisy-chains to a host microphone so that multiple pendant arrays work together, tracking talkers across a wider area while presenting a single connection back to the AVB-capable Tesira DSP.
Each TCM-1EX includes an extension plenum-rated network box and one pendant array, matching the acoustic performance and clean overhead appearance of the host unit. Up to two expansion arrays can be added to a single TCM-1 or TCM-1A, delivering coverage from three microphone arrays over one cable run to the DSP. This simplifies design and cabling in wide conference rooms, training rooms, and dividable spaces. The white finish blends with standard light-colored ceilings.
