Biamp Crowd Mics ATOM
Audience Engagement Processing Appliance
Crowd Mics ATOM is the dedicated hardware appliance behind Biamp's Crowd Mics audience participation platform. It lets attendees use their own smartphones as wireless microphones, so questions and comments can be heard clearly throughout a room without passing a handheld mic around. Participants connect through the Crowd Mics app to speak, send text questions, and respond to live polls.
Deployed on premise, ATOM handles the audio processing and session management locally and integrates with the room's existing sound system. It is a strong fit for town halls, lecture theaters, training rooms, houses of worship, and corporate all-hands, giving presenters an interactive, moderated way to bring the audience into the conversation while keeping control of what goes live.
