The Attero Tech by QSC Axiom AXP2O is an audio expansion module that adds two balanced analog line-level outputs to an Axiom host device (such as the ML1 or unBT2A). It is a networked-system accessory/endpoint rather than a standalone processor: it connects to its host over a single Axiom port cable that carries audio, RS-232 control and DC power.
Key Features
- Two balanced analog outputs on 3.81 mm depluggable terminal blocks
- Connects to an Axiom host device via one 8P8C Axiom port cable
- Axiom link carries audio, RS-232 control and 24V DC power
- Selectable sum-to-mono option
- Line-level output to mixers, amplifiers and processors
- Low power draw (<0.72 W); powered from the host / 24V DC
The AXP2O is designed to place analog outputs exactly where they are needed while keeping wiring simple over structured cabling. Because it depends on an Axiom host to operate, it should be specified together with a compatible Axiom device rather than deployed on its own.
