The QSC SB-2180 is a dual-18-inch cinema subwoofer engineered for high-output low-frequency effects (LFE) and screen-channel bass in auditoriums. It uses two 18-inch, 700-watt high-efficiency transducers with 4-inch copper voice coils, presenting a 4-ohm nominal load, and reproduces low frequencies from roughly 22 Hz. It is a passive loudspeaker driven by an external cinema amplifier/DSP such as QSC's Q-SYS cinema amplification. This is a standalone subwoofer, not an accessory.
