The QSC PS-1600G is a network paging station for the Q-SYS platform, giving operators a desktop microphone and programmable button interface for zoned announcements and paging. It connects to a Q-SYS system over standard networking and is powered by PoE, so a single Ethernet cable handles both data and power. A monochrome graphic LCD and capacitive-touch buttons let users select zones, trigger pre-recorded messages, adjust levels and confirm page status, while the gooseneck dynamic microphone provides clear, intelligible speech for live announcements. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports allow the unit to be daisy-chained with other network devices, streamlining cabling in reception areas, front desks, security offices and control rooms.
