The QSC CTEL4 is an analog telephony (POTS) input/output card for the Q-SYS platform. It lets integrators bring standard analog phone lines directly into a Q-SYS Core processor or I/O Frame, eliminating the need for a separate third-party analog telephone gateway. It is aimed at AV and telecom integrators building paging, intercom, help-point, and legacy telephony integrations on Q-SYS.
Key Features
- Four-line analog telephony interface using RJ-11 connections
- Native POTS integration into the Q-SYS ecosystem with software-based call control
- Installs as a plug-in I/O card in supported Cores and I/O Frames
- Ideal for analog paging, emergency phones, and analog line integration
The CTEL4 is a component card rather than a standalone processor. It requires a compatible Q-SYS Core (such as Core 510i, 1100, 3100, 500i, or 250i) or a Q-SYS I/O Frame to operate. Depending on the host, multiple cards can be installed to expand analog line count.
